Look up a tag number and go to service screen   

look up tag number, if no current incident assign incident#, add incident record to incident database and then go to service screen KeyFinders Incident update page

EXISTING INCIDENT

by Tag #   Or Incident#

EDIT CUSTOMER INFORMATION
